Shipping

Everything ships from New York, by USPS, usually within two business days of your order.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see on a bag is the price you pay.

How long it takes

• Packing: usually two business days. Bags are packed by hand, not by a warehouse.
• In transit: typically two to five business days within the United States, depending how far it is going.

You will get an email with a tracking number the moment it goes out. Tracking can take a few hours to show movement after a parcel is scanned; if it still looks stuck the next day, email us and we will chase it.

Where we ship

United States only for now. If you are elsewhere and want one, write to pooldnamool@gmail.com — we cannot promise, but we would rather hear from you than not.

Wrong address

Email us straight away. Before it ships we can change it. After it ships we cannot, and a parcel that comes back to us is refunded minus the postage it already cost — so it is worth checking the address at checkout.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for seven days, tell us. We will open a case with the carrier and either replace the bag or refund you. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself; that is our job.
