Terms

These cover buying from this website. They are deliberately short, because a small shop selling bags does not need eleven pages of it.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. The price shown on a product page is the price charged. Where a higher price is shown struck through, that is the price the same bag sells for elsewhere — not an invented figure to make a discount look larger.

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Stock

These are small batches, often a handful of each bag. Stock is checked again at checkout, so if the last one sells while it is in your cart you will be told before paying rather than charged for something that no longer exists.

Your order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil it — an item turns out to be damaged, or a price was listed wrongly — we will cancel and refund in full, and tell you why.

Photographs and descriptions

We describe these bags as accurately as we can, including their materials and where they are made. Waxed canvas and leather vary between pieces: colour, grain and markings differ, and the same bag ages differently depending how it is carried. That variation is the material, not a defect.

Shipping and returns

Orders ship from New York, usually within two business days. You have thirty days to return anything. The shipping and returns pages have the detail, and they form part of these terms.

If something goes wrong

Email pooldnamool@gmail.com before anything else. Almost everything is fixable by a person reading a message, and we would much rather hear from you than have you dispute a charge.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live. Where these terms and your statutory rights disagree, your rights win.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
